Once you are interested in planning your trip with RMW Luxury, our collaborative process begins with an inspirational phone call. During the conversation, guests share more information about themselves, what they loved about past trips, what they hope to achieve on this trip and who is travelling with them. The more we know, the better we can personalise the experience.

We take this information and start the design process, curating a tailormade itinerary that best matches our guests' needs.

During this process, we often also connect with our partners and destination-based connections to get the latest on what locals love or comb through industry publications while relying on our expertise.

Once we have all the details, we send a proposal to our guests that will be edited, trimmed, and tweaked until we have the perfect and final itinerary.

RMW Luxury remains available before, during and after your trip to ensure our guests travel confidently and have everything they need.

Accommodation Only

RMW Luxury does not charge extra for accommodation or experiences. And, you will find our prices more competitive as they include exclusive benefits and perks that are only accessible to RMW Luxury.

Tailormade Itineraries

RMW Luxury charges a non-refundable planning fee starting from USD 200 per trip. Depending on the complexity of the journey and the number of destinations included, this amount can go up.

The fee only applies after the initial inspiration call and once both parties have agreed to work together.

We curate bespoke and highly personalised travel experiences. Our services range from:

• Tailormade itineraries that include all the details of a trip (including flights, visas, travel insurance, accommodation, tours, local guides, activities, destination logistics and on-the-ground assistance).
