About our Founder:
Rose Marinda Whitehead
I was born in South Africa, raised in Germany and the Netherlands, and have had the amazing opportunity to live in eight different countries since. My love for people, travel, and exploring naturally led me to dive into the hospitality industry.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with some of the finest ultra-luxury hotel and restaurant brands. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for each guest’s unique journey. I have travelled to over 45 countries and built relationships all over the globe, which has truly fueled my passion for taking care of guests and creating unforgettable memories.
Since 2019, I have been proud to call Hong Kong home, where I founded RMW Luxury, which stands for Rose Marinda Whitehead Luxury. And in 2024, I expanded RMW Luxury’s reach to another major Asian city—Singapore.
